With more than 20 years of experience in ERP and over 500 successful implementations, Stephanie is a recognized expert in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and operational process alignment.
Her approach is rooted in a deep understanding of how manufacturing and distribution environments function and what it takes to make systems work in the real world.
From Manufacturing Floor to ERP Leadership
Stephanie began her career as a Cost Accountant and Manufacturing Manager, where she was responsible for financial reporting, production oversight, and operational performance. It was during this time that she led her first ERP implementation, an experience that shaped her professional direction and philosophy.
She saw firsthand how technology could transform a business when aligned with real processes and how easily it could create confusion when implemented without a clear understanding of how the business operates. That experience became the foundation for her Process-First approach, which continues to guide every engagement at Elliott Clark Consulting.
